Printed in the server log the first time ChemLib starts (also saved as setup_token in its data folder). It proves you manage this server, not just that you found the page.
Please read the following agreement carefully before accessing ChemLib.

A structure that is not in the Library. Add a row, then type its name and SMILES.
Ligands reviewed and approved in Ligand preparation: their charge and chemical state were checked, and they are docked exactly as approved.
Shown only when Business & Finance is enabled. This is project control, not statutory accounting.
Register the document exactly as issued by the supplier.
Plan several due dates. The instalments must equal the invoice total.
Split the invoice exactly across projects and funding lines.
Confirm only values that match the original invoice. This does not verify or post the invoice.
Register a full or partial payment. Corrections are made by reversal, never deletion.
Fiscal identity and default payment details.
Use familiar bank text to rank the correct customer or supplier. ChemLib still asks before recording a payment.
Select at least two documents and distribute the exact movement total.
Map your spreadsheet columns. Imported invoices remain drafts until reviewed.
Every run and reversal remains auditable.
Create a reviewable commercial offer from Library catalogue items.
The scientific compound stays in Library; this adds commercial terms only.
Choose the physical Library stock used. ChemLib will deduct it and retain a reversible movement.
Legal identity and commercial contact details.
Bring checkout orders into the existing ChemLib sales and fulfilment flow.
Calculators — no experiment needed. Save a run to keep it as its own record, with the rest of your Biology work.

One representative codon per residue (common human codon usage) — a deterministic sequence, not real codon optimization.
BCA is genuinely nonlinear across a wide concentration range — a straight line biases interpolated concentrations near the top of the curve. Use Quadratic unless your standards span a narrow, clearly linear range.

Rename a target to merge it with another — all results will be updated.
Rename to merge — all results and experiment columns will be updated.
Copies the well roles, compounds and concentrations into a new plate on the target experiment. Readings and results are not copied.
Searches file names, independently of the chemical search mode.

Every filled well of the chosen source plate becomes one reagent in this column, stamped with its source well so an Echo pick list can be generated later.
ChemInventory is linked, so this creates a real container there (supplier, pack size and pack unit above are required) instead of a second, local-only catalog entry — ChemInventory stays the one place this bottle actually exists.
A reaction SMARTS (SMIRKS) transform used by each plate's Generate products button to auto-fill well products from assigned reagents — additive to manual entry, never overwrites a well that already has a product.
Designs a direct-dilution concentration series — each point's Echo transfer is computed straight from a stock, not by serial dilution, so rounding error never compounds across the ladder. Purely a planning calculator; nothing here is saved to the plate.

Edit names and use the arrows to change the order. Changes apply when you save.
How Equipment opens for you, on any device. You can still change filters from the sidebar.
Select the Excel exported from ChemInventory. Each row creates a catalog entry. Entries whose internal code already exists are skipped.
Walk through every active container one at a time and confirm or correct its real quantity. Each correction is saved immediately.
Assigned equipment goes non-bookable automatically.
Generate a link you can add to Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar as a subscription — it keeps itself up to date as tasks change.
Add this as a calendar subscription (not a one-time import) so it keeps auto-updating. On iPhone/Mac: Settings → Calendar → Accounts → Add Subscribed Calendar.
Some columns were not recognised. Check each field and pick the column that holds it, or leave it on "— Skip —". Formula and MW are calculated from the SMILES.

A placeholder person for someone who's already gone — no email, no password, no login. Just enough to attribute their old molecules and ELN entries to a real name.
Base role: . Checked = effective permission. Differences from the role are stored as per-user adjustments (+ granted / − revoked) and survive role edits.
Create/edit/delete history for team absences, plus every cleaning task skipped or reassigned due to absence — including retroactive reassignments that stay logged even if the absence is later deleted.

This is a global format — changes apply to the Characterization report on every ELN entry, on screen and in the PDF export. Drag the text into any order and insert chips wherever a per-product value should go.
All listed adducts are included in characterization exports. Clear an observation or remove an extra row to discard it.
Only for a value already reported as a mean ± SD or SEM by whoever ran the assay (e.g. a collaborator's summary) — ChemLib computes mean ± SD on its own when you log several individual results under the same assay/target instead.
Put the compound code in one column and each assay in its own column, the same sheet as the Library import (2.5, or 2.5;0.3 for a mean and its error). You will say what each column is, and each result column becomes a column of this results table.
Put the compound code in one column and each assay in its own column. Write a single value as 2.5, or a mean and its error as 2.5;0.3 (± and +- work too). Next you tell ChemLib what each column is: assay, target, unit, SD or SEM, and n.
2,5;0,3 is 2.5 and 0.3.< or > goes in front: >10.Target;Assay;Value sheets still work.Nothing is saved until you press Import. Edit a value, error, n or unit here if something is wrong; untick a row to leave it out.
